ATLANTA, Jun. 14, 2017 - Kumho Tire announces a promotion - the "KumhoGiveaway Sweepstakes" - awarding randomly selected winners with a prize having an estimated retail value of $500. Kumho Tire customers are encouraged to take photos of themselves in their element, living life to the fullest. Each photo submission should also include either a Kumho and share each image by using #KumhoGiveaway on Instagram or Facebook. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER ANY OF THE MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SPONSOR:

Each #KumhoGiveaway Monthly Photo Sweepstakes (each a "Monthly Sweepstakes"), as more fully described below, is provided by Kumho Tire USA, Inc. (the "Sponsor" or "Kumho").

HOW TO ENTER:

1. To participate in a Monthly Sweepstakes, entrants must have an account with the Instagram or Facebook social media sites (each a "Platform Provider"). At the time of writing of these Official Rules, there are no fees known by the Sponsor to be associated with the creation of such a user account with either Platform Provider.
2. Entrants are encouraged to take photos of themselves in their element, living life to the fullest and share each image (each a "Photo Submission") by using#KumhoGiveaway. Each Photo Submission must be an original image and also include either a Kumho-branded product or the Kumho logo somewhere in the image and to identify their participation in a Monthly Sweepstakes, entrants must also follow @KumhoTireUSA on Instagram or friend or like @KumhoTire on Facebook.
3. Only Photo Submissions which include #KumhoGiveaway in the description may be claimed as valid Photo Submissions to enter a Monthly Sweepstakes. Photo Submissions must be the original work of a Monthly Sweepstakes entrant, have not previously won any prize in a Monthly Sweepstakes, and not contain any content or subject matter that would violate or infringe upon the rights of a third party (including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy or publicity). Kumho retains the sole discretion to disqualify any Photo Submission that it believes contains obscene, insensitive or inappropriate content, and that does not comply with these official Rules or is not consistent with the spirit of a Monthly Sweepstakes.
4. Incomplete entries or Photo Submissions received after the expiry of the applicable Sweepstakes Period will be considered null and void and ineligible to be considered for or to win any prize under a Monthly Sweepstakes. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered, or contains false information, shall be invalid
5. There is no limit to the number of Photo Submissions an entrant may provide, so long as the submitted photos meet the entry criteria. However, once an entrant has won a Monthly Sweepstakes prize for a Photo Submission, that Photo Submission will no longer be eligible to win a prize during a subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes, but the entrant may submit another original Photo Submission for a subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes. There is also a limit of one (1) prize per entrant per Monthly Sweepstakes.
6. Special June 2017 Sweepstakes: Because the prizes for the special June 2017 Kumho NBA Draft Sweepstakes and Kumho Peachtree Road Race Sweepstakes, each described below, are specific to Atlanta, Georgia, entrants in those special Monthly Sweepstakes must indicate in their Photo Submission that they are located in the State of Georgia.
7. Alternative Entry Process: If you wish to enter a Monthly Sweepstakes (including either of the special June 2017 Sweepstakes) without providing a Photo Submission, you may do so by handwriting your full name, address, phone number, email address, and the statement "I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age" and the name of your favorite activity that involves living life to the fullest on a 3" x 5" plain index card and mailing such card to Kumho at Monthly Photo Sweepstakes, Alternative Entry Submission, 133 Peachtree Street, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30303. A separate such submission is needed for each entry into a Monthly Sweepstakes (including either of the special June 2017 Sweepstakes) by use of this alternative entry process.

ELIGIBILITY: Each Monthly Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded from eligibility are officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of Kumho Tire USA, Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively, the "Excluded Individuals"). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER A MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES. A MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES:

Participation in a Monthly Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (the "Rules"), as may be amended by Kumho at its sole discretion from time to time. Winning a prize is contingent upon a winning entrant also fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.

Notwithstanding any other provision contained in these Rules, Kumho reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, cancel, suspend, reinstate or close a Monthly Sweepstakes, at any time in whole or in part without prior notification, and for any reason whatsoever.

MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Monthly Sweepstakes for June 2017 (the "Regular June Monthly Sweepstakes") shall commence at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on June 14, 2017 and, subject to these Rules, shall conclude at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of June 2017, and each Monthly Sweepstakes (other than the special Monthly Sweepstakes described below) thereafter shall commence at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of each month from July 2017 through May 31, 2018, and, subject to these Rules, shall conclude at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of each such month (each of the above-noted monthly or partial-month periods shall be a "Sweepstakes Period").

Special Sweepstakes Period for June 2017 Monthly Sweepstakes

In addition to the Regular June Monthly Sweepstakes, there shall also be two (2) special Monthly Sweepstakes in June 2017 as follows and the duration of each of these sweepstakes shall also be considered to be a Sweepstakes Period:

• Kumho NBA Draft Sweepstakes: this Sweepstakes will commence at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on June 14, 2017 and, subject to these Rules, shall conclude at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 18, 2017.

• Kumho Peachtree Road Race Sweepstakes: this Sweepstakes will commence at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on June 14, 2017 and, subject to these Rules, shall conclude at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 29, 2017.

PRIZES AND PRIZE VALUE:

Monthly Sweepstakes Prize

Prizes will be provided by Kumho and will be awarded in accordance with these Rules. Prizes for a given Monthly Sweepstakes shall consist of an assortment of Kumho-branded products or promotional having an estimated retail value of $500.

Prizes for Special June 2017 Sweepstakes

In addition to the Monthly Sweepstakes prize described in the paragraph above for the Regular June Monthly Sweepstakes, additional prizes will be offered for the Kumho NBA Draft Sweepstakes and Kumho Peachtree Road Race Sweepstakes. Prizes will be provided by Kumho and will be awarded in accordance with these Rules from among all eligible and valid Photo Submissions and other entries submitted from entrants during the Sweepstakes Period for these special Sweepstakes who have let the Sponsor know that they're located in the State of Georgia, as follows:

• For the Kumho NBA Draft Sweepstakes: Prizes shall consist of a package of two (2) tickets to an NBA Draft Party on June 22, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia, with each ticket package to be awarded to two (2) individual Prize Winners, and with each ticket having an estimated retail value of $250.

• For the Kumho Peachtree Road Race Sweepstakes: Prizes shall consist of one (1) entry ticket to the 2017 Peachtree Road Race on July 4, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia, with each entry ticket to be awarded to ten (10) individual Prize Winners, and with each ticket having an estimated retail value of $38.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Winners (the "Prize Winners") for a Monthly Sweepstakes will be selected at random in a random drawing by Sponsor from among all eligible valid Photo Submissions or other eligible valid entries for that Monthly Sweepstakes. The random drawing for the Monthly Sweepstakes will be held on or about the fifth day of the end of the Sweepstakes Period for that Monthly Sweepstakes. Once an entrant has won a Monthly Sweepstakes prize for a Photo Submission, that Photo Submission will no longer be eligible to win a prize during a subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes, but the entrant may submit another original Photo Submission for a subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes. There is also a limit of one (1) prize per entrant per Monthly Sweepstakes.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

The Sponsor will attempt to notify Prize Winners via social media or email or by other reasonable means available to the Sponsor. If after exercising reasonable efforts, Kumho cannot reach an entrant within five (5) days from the first attempt to contact them, Kumho will be free of any liability for awarding a given prize to that entrant or other entrants, and such prize may be considered by the Sponsor to be forfeited for all purposes.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account submitted when the photo was claimed.

TERMS OF PRIZE ACCEPTANCE:

Each prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except: (i) as otherwise explicitly provided herein; or (ii) at Kumho's sole discretion. Kumho reserves the right to substitute a prize with one (1) of comparable or greater value without liability or consent. Kumho is not responsible for lost or misused prizes or promotional item. All costs and expenses not specifically included as part of any prize, including, without limitation, insurance, taxes, transportation costs, and any other expenses and any taxes thereon, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIVACY MATTERS:

The personal information provided by entrants may be used as provided in Sponsor's privacy policy or these Official Rules. See Sponsor's privacy policy at http://kumhotireusa.com/news/index/292 for details regarding use of the personal information collected in connection with a Monthly Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such privacy policy, these Official Rules shall control.

By entering a Monthly Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to correspond with you via email or social media regarding a Monthly Sweepstakes, to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with any participating entities or third parties for the purpose of Monthly Sweepstakes administration, communication and fulfillment or for any other purposes permitted by these Official Rules or the Privacy Policy. In addition, by opting-in to receive additional information from Sponsor, Sponsor may send you promotional e-mails, materials and reminders about Sponsor products and services. PLEASE NOTE: AGREEING TO RECEIVE FUTURE E-MAIL UPDATES OR OTHER COMMUNICATIONS WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING IN THE CONTEST. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party other than as permitted by these Official Rules or the Privacy Policy.

RIGHTS IN PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:

Entrants agree that upon submitting a Photo Submission, Kumho shall have a worldwide, unlimited, irrevocable perpetual license to use, publish, distribute, publicly perform or display, post electronically, create derivative works from, or otherwise reproduce in any manner the entrant's Photo Submission in any media or format whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice to the winner and also including, without limitation, in connection with the Kumho's social media websites, and photostreams anywhere in the world, without further payment or notice for the purposes of Kumho's advertising, marketing, promotion, and/or journalistic, archival, historical, internal and external recognition activities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant waives all moral rights in and to the Photo Submissions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Kumho reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from a Monthly Sweepstakes if Kumho finds or reasonably believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of a Monthly Sweepstakes or where applicable, a Monthly Sweepstakes Page; and/or to be acting: (i)in violation of these Rules; (ii)in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (iii)with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Kumho, or any of their respective employees, any other Monthly Sweepstakes entrants, or any other person. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to automate the entry process, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate administration, security or operation of a Monthly Sweepstakes is prohibited and may be a violation of applicable criminal and civil laws.Kumho reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes awarded to such entrant.

The decisions of Kumho in regards to all matters of a Monthly Sweepstakes are final and binding upon entrants. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules for a Monthly Sweepstakes or any decision rendered by Kumho, the decision or interpretation of Kumho shall prevail.

All entrants must comply with all applicable laws.

RELEASES AND LIMITATIONS:

Entrants acknowledge that Kumho, and all involved advertising and promotional agencies, other suppliers providing Prizes or other materials or services in connection with a Monthly Sweepstakes, anyone else involved in the development or execution of a Monthly Sweepstakes, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") have not made, nor are in any manner responsible, for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to, its quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or the use thereof. Further, no responsibilities are accepted by any of the Releasees for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT HEREBY RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS ALL OF THE RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INJURIES, LOSS, CLAIMS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST; AND/OR (II) ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTS THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND, LOSS INCURRED DURING TRAVEL TO/FROM, AND/OR ATTENDANCE AT, ANY OF THE EVENTS FORMING PART OF THE PRIZES AND FROM LIABILITY TO ANY OTHER PERSONS RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE CONTEST.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Releasees are not responsible for: (i)any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by an entrant, the Platform Providers, or any third parties, or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with a Monthly Sweepstakes; (ii)technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (iii)digital or electronic disruptions (e.g., security breaches); (iv)unauthorized human intervention (e.g., hacking); (v)technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of a Monthly Sweepstakes; (vi)any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant's or Guest's participation in a Monthly Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of any Prize; (vii) an entrant's breach of either of the Platform Provider's terms of use; and (viii)lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions, or other errors or problems of any kind whether electronic, mechanical, or human.

GOVERNING LAW:

Each Monthly Sweepstakes and the Rules shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of laws principles.Any dispute not otherwise determined in accordance with these Official Rules of a Monthly Sweepstakes shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. (or any appeals court therefrom).

DISCLAIMER AS TO INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, NBA AND PEACHTREE ROAD RACE:

Each Monthly Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Platform Providers, the NBA or the Peachtree Road Race/Atlanta Track Club. An entrant's use of Instagram and Facebook is also subject to the separate terms and conditions specified by such Platform Provider. Entrants are providing their information to Kumho and not to the Platform Providers.
